Since my first visit to Atlantic more than 7 years ago, I have not been to or needed to go to anyone else for service. Bruce was very accommodating when there was an unexpected issue after my Volvo had just been serviced the day before. He stayed after hours, met me with a loaner car and the the issue was resolved. Nancy too was very kind in following up.
We were very pleased with the entire experience of having my 1996 Saab repaired. The diagnosis of the problem was made quickly and other problems were identified on which we could decide to have them fixed at the same time or not. There ended up being 5 things that needed attention and were repaired giving my "old girl" a new lease on life.
Atlantic Motorcar prepared my BMW for winter again this year. They loaned me a very clean Volvo to use while they did it. When my car was finished, it also was very clean and the tires were wonderfully balanced. It is like riding on silk. Thanks again for perfect service.

While I was there a lot longer than I wanted to be.... I wasn't the fault of anyone, just car stuff and my lack of time judgement, I received excellent customer service. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable waiting area and wifi, made all the difference. We will continue to bring our car there for maintenance.
We were very grateful for the responsiveness to our predicament. We called at 11:00 on Friday while on a trip to Maine in our Volvo XC-70, were seen at 2:00 PM, and had a diagnosis and plan of action by late afternoon.
