Let’s face it, information is power, perhaps an oft used phrase, but quite true.

At Atlantic Motorcar we empower our customers to make informed decisions about their car maintenance. We do this because we know that a informed customer is a satisfied customer.

We explain both the how and why of your car’s services needs, without the technical “mumbo-jumbo”. Each aspect of the service is reviewed in detail before we begin any work on your car.

In fact, once we have inspected your car we can even email/fax over service estimates for your review prior to service.

You’ll also note that each service invoice is presented with clear, legible, non-technical language, service carried out is noted, and recommend service is also provided. When necessary, we also document services or repairs with digital photos for your records. Different perhaps, but sometimes different is better.

Since my first visit to Atlantic more than 7 years ago, I have not been to or needed to go to anyone else for service. Excellent service as always!

Bruce was very accommodating when there was an unexpected issue after my Volvo had just been serviced the day before. He stayed after hours, met me with a loaner car and the the issue was resolved. Nancy too was very kind in following up.

We were very pleased with the entire experience of having my 1996 Saab repaired. The diagnosis of the problem was made quickly and other problems were identified on which we could decide to have them fixed at the same time or not. There ended up being 5 things that needed attention and were repaired giving my "old girl" a new lease on life.

Winter service and tire swap

Atlantic Motorcar prepared my BMW for winter again this year. They loaned me a very clean Volvo to use while they did it. When my car was finished, it also was very clean and the tires were wonderfully balanced. It is like riding on silk. Thanks again for perfect service.

As a new customer, my first experience (while calling them for a quote) was being told that if I just wanted a quote, Atlantic Motorcar wasn't the place for me...they weren't going to be the cheapest. We were very grateful for the responsiveness to our predicament. We called at 11:00 on Friday while on a trip to Maine in our Volvo XC-70, were seen at 2:00 PM, and had a diagnosis and plan of action by late afternoon.
