Let’s face it, information is power, perhaps an oft used phrase, but quite true.
At Atlantic Motorcar we empower our customers to make informed decisions about their car maintenance. We do this because we know that a informed customer is a satisfied customer.
We explain both the how and why of your car’s services needs, without the technical “mumbo-jumbo”. Each aspect of the service is reviewed in detail before we begin any work on your car.
In fact, once we have inspected your car we can even email/fax over service estimates for your review prior to service.
You’ll also note that each service invoice is presented with clear, legible, non-technical language, service carried out is noted, and recommend service is also provided. When necessary, we also document services or repairs with digital photos for your records. Different perhaps, but sometimes different is better.
