Owner/Senior Service Advisor

Bruce has been immersed in the specialized world of imported automobiles since 1985 – first in Buffalo, NY and now at our four acre service and sales center in coastal Maine. Bruce is proud to lead a team of extremely skilled, talented, Bosh and ASE certified technicians who are readily able to diagnose today’s complex vehicle systems. He and his crew share your passion for these fine automobiles with our ethos of “Integrity, Knowledge and Trust”.

Bruce is a Bosch Trained technician, with extensive experience in Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Volvo and other imported favorites. A Dale Carnegie graduate, former volunteer with Junior Achievement, in his spare time Bruce enjoys sailing, nautical history and restoring antique radios. Bruce is also a licensed amateur radio operator, W1UJR, and has a highly satisfying working relationship with electronics.

In addition, Bruce is both a National Registry and Maine licensed Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT), certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) and is also a employee of a a local EMS agency.

Store Manager

Ted comes to us with seven years of Volvo factory training and over that time has dealt with many interesting Volvo service problems as the Service Advisor at a local Volvo dealership. He has always been interested in European cars, particularly Land Rover, Mercedes, and Alfa Romeo. No stranger to Atlantic Motorcar Center, having been introduced to the facility as a service customer over a decade ago. That very positive experience was a key factor in his decision to take on this new opportunity.

As the store manager, Ted will oversee all day to day operations, including customer relations, service, sales, state-of-the-art equipment and software acquisition, maintenance, marketing, and new construction projects. A Maine native, he resides with his wife and two boys in Bristol. His interests outside of work include golf, skiing, and spending time on or near the water with his wife and two boys.

Senior Service Advisor

Javier comes to us from New York State, but has Maine connections, and brings with him 17 years of professional automotive service experience. He is one of the friendly gentlemen who you probably hear on the other end on the phone line when making appointments or getting advice on your vehicle.

Because of Javier’s experience as a BMW Master Technician, now a Service Advisor, he can answer your servicing needs and helpfully explain your vehicle’s maintenance and repairs. Javier is always ready with a smile and a helping hand in whatever capacity you need.

Javier enjoys spending time outdoors with his three children, working on motorcycles, and figuring out how to correctly play his electric bass. Be sure to ask him about that on your next visit. 😉

Parts Specialist

Ben is one of our newest team members, is always of good cheer, and does an exceptional job maintaining our inventory, locating and shipping in parts, and generally making sure that we have the parts on hand to service your car promptly and efficiently. He has an extensive background in car service and sales and is an awesomely organized team member.

Very well regarded by all here, his happy and cheerful can-do demeanor can make even a busy day lighter. In his spare time, Ben enjoys music and is a native Mainer. We feel very blessed to have Ben on our team.
